Designed, manufactured and assembled entirely the UK, the Linear Amp® 70 linear amplifier is a solid state linear amplifier with nominal 300W output available in 6/4, 2 and now 70cm  versions.
Designed to fill a market gap between the low power outputs of transverters and smaller rigs and the 1kW plus amplifiers that not all users want or can afford the Linear Amp range combines low drive requirements with instant on solid state performance in a compact stylish package.

The Linear Amp UK 70 RF section uses the NXP MRFE6VP6300H LDMOS device for high performance and maximum ruggedness. This, combined with built in protection for overdrive, High SWR and over temperature ensures solid reliable performance at high outputs for long periods.

The 432 MHz Linear Amp UK 70 also incorporates a front panel switchable 13.8v preamplifier supply on receive. This can be selected by the operator to be either an output voltage on the rear panel or a coax bias tee feed as required.

Furthermore this Linear Amp is a complete turnkey solution incorporating a complete 50V linear power supply so no external PSU is required.
