Description
The Elsys EMS Lite is an indoor LoRaWAN® room sensor for measuring the indoor environment. EMS Lite is TINY! – enclosed in a minimalistic and discrete box that fits in any application. Mount it on a wall or any other flat surface and record temperature and humidity levels.
The EMS Lite also has an integral leak detector so you could place it, for instance, under an appliance to trigger an alarm if water is detected.
Being a LoRaWAN sensor it is self contained and transmits at low data rates of large distances to a local gateway enabling installation anywhere in the building.
With EMS Lite, you will have full control over temperature, and humidity for either homes or workplaces. This is a smart and professional LoRaWAN® device and it is very easy to configure. Its design is minimalistic which makes it ideal for mounting on walls in any area.
The battery life is estimated to be up to 10 years but depends on sample interval, transmit interval, data rate, and environmental factors. It is powered by two 3,6V AA lithium batteries (not supplied but available separately from us).
Sensors are equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication) for easy configuration with an Android or Apple phone. You can change the sample rate, data rate, encryption keys, triggers, activation, and much more in our application “Sensor Settings“. Sensors are built on the LoRaWAN® stack from Semtech.
Configured for use in the EU on the EU 863-870 LoRa network
