New for 2025, the ICOM IC-7760 HF/50MHz All Mode Base Transceiver consists of a remote control head and separate RF deck, connected with a commercially available control (LAN) cable. This increases the flexibility of your station installation as both units do not need to be next to each other. So for instance you may want to make more space available on the desktop by placing the RF deck in an area closer to the antenna feed point. As the interconnect is via a true LAN connection the two units can communicate over your own local network. (Cable must be Cat 5E or higher and max 100m)
